New ReviewerWe booked a trip to Italy and went through AAA who then booked it with Trafalgar back the beginning of 2020. Our trip was
scheduled for October 2020.
We also purchased insurance for our trip incase we had to cancel for any unforeseen reason. Well then covid hit. Per our agent at AAA we would have to wait til Trafalgar cancelled the trip in order to get a refund. Our trip has been cancelled by Trafalgar, however the only thing Trafalgar will do is give us a refund.
There are 5 people in our group and we are all over 65 with two people being 71 and 73. You can bet we will not be traveling any where until there is a vaccine. Trafalgar could go bankrupt and then we could lose all our money. Most companies are issuing refunds, especially if you got insurance.
But not TRAFALGAR!!!! This company only cares about their bottom line.
I would never do business with them. These are unusual circumstances people are dying losing their jobs and TRAFALGAR doesnt care!!!!!
User's recommendation: Do not book any travel with Trafalgar.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Indeed. Once Covid-19 hit it was ....
*crickets* .... No communication, no "voucher" even offered, no refund ... This is a very dishonest company. They will not reply.
Even to the AAA travel agent. Even if I died they would not refund the $$ for a cancelled trip -- one *they* cancelled I point out.
I had no choice. No option.
Consider starting a class action. Check BBB for others having g the same issue.
