We were supposed to go on the Wonderful France Tour in December 2017 and it had to be fully paid for in June only for them to cancel it at the end of September with not even an apology or replacement. Would never use Trafalgar again, their customer service is appalling.

You should have gotten some paperwork outlining what the cancellation terms and fees were. I suspect you ignored that info. Never trust the agent to know what they are saying ...

We booked 9 months early for a 20 percent discount. They took that away from to us when it was time to pay in full. We spent $400 to lock us in at a certain price. $400 that we did not have. The price of the tour was lower because of the lowering value of the Euro....
